Pickleball Lessons In Scottsdale, Arizona

Pickleball is my obsession! I started playing in 2015 after my mother (who is 82) kept raving about how much fun it is. Since then, I've given up my 6 handicap golf game and play pickleball 4-5 days a week. I've medaled in multiple tournaments and played in the 2017 and 2018 USA Pickleball Association National Championships. I'm a Certified Coach with the Professional Pickleball Registry. That is me in the photo with the black and yellow paddle. I look forward to helping you with your pickleball game. See you on the courts, Mark

In pickleball, flat shots across the net, tennis style, set-up an attack from intermediate-advanced opponents, accelerating hard volley shots ensue with the advantage going to your opponent, who is responding. Control of the point is lost and your chances of winning are less than 50%....

Private Lessons vs. Small Group Clinics, what's best? Pickleball is almost always played with four people together. I steer even beginning students to our Small Group Clinics that have a maximum of four students, of similar experience levels, on the court together. This allows us to teach the game, scoring and serving rotation much more easily. Plus, it's fun to make new friends that are also taking up the sport. Please consider signing up for one of our weekly Small Group Clinics, Introduction to Pickleball. You can book 1-4 people for these clinics.

When is a Private Lesson best? If you already know how to play pickleball and you are struggling with a specific shot, maybe your serve or backhand, and you want to focus on improving one or two skills, a private one hour lesson is the perfect fit for you. If you have your own group of 3-4 people that want to learn pickleball together, we offer a private 2 hour Introduction to Pickleball lesson. If you have a larger group, please contact me to discuss your group.
